I think the best is Lin Dan. 2nd is Taufik Hidayat. Datuk Lee has no match to them.

How do u clasify best player? Ranked no 1, play all tournaments got good chance to be no 1? Win small tournaments can also be no 1? Is Lee CW the best player? Not by a few metres'...he is one of the many "GOOD" players, not the BEST players! How about considering a player who was no 1 (then he rested some 3 mths or so & lost no 1 spot), won 3 world championship in a row (Lee CW "ZERO" with several excuses), an Olympic Gold medalist (Lee CW silver with dato ship, if gold...tan sri maybe???) & some super series title & All England title? Dont blame LeeCW, if yr level until there only, what to do ? Be good , try to be better lah, at least try. For double, throw out KKK, then malaysia might hv a double champion in future. His team train, he is out training dog ???? Rubbish! Like him though...hardworking...KKK with his tattoo...RUBBISH!
